Taking Into Account The Need For Periodic Determination Of Traffic Characteristics, It Was Decided That In 2026, A Traffic Census Should Be Carried Out On The Public Road Network In Romania. The Provisions Of The Specifications Are Mandatory For Those Who Participate In The Road Traffic Registration Both On The Part Of The Beneficiary And On The Part Of The Service Provider, I.E. For The Personnel Who Carry Out The Road Traffic Registration (Called Reviewers), As Well As For The Technical Staff With Guidance And Control Tasks. The Method Of Traffic Registration, The Way Of Carrying Out Traffic Registrations, As Well As The Obligations Of The Technical Staff Of The Road Units Regarding The Manual Registration Of Road Traffic On Public Roads, Are Presented In The Specification Of The Award Documentation.
