The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Quality Standards Of The European Parliament Act And Implementing Provisions, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of March 22, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819) On Specific Conditions Of Operation Of The Power System For Entity Consumption Points Participating In The Procedure. The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1.A, 1.B, 1.C To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts: - Part 1 Order - Purchase Of Electricity For Entities Indicated In Annex 1.A To The Agreement - Part 1 (Cxx Tariff - Street Lighting), - Part 2 Order - Purchase Of Electricity For Entities Indicated In Annex 1.B To The Agreement - Part 2 (Tariff Cxx And Gxx), - Part 3 Orders - Purchase Of Electricity For Entities Indicated In Annex 1.C To The Agreement - Part 3 (Bxx Tariff). The Forecast Electricity Demand In The Period From April 1, 2026 To March 31, 2028 Is: - For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1.A - 22,797,086 Kwh, - For Part 2 Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1.B - 14,561,764.88 Kwh, - For Part 3 Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1.C - 3,174,320.26 Kwh.
