Vocational Rehabilitation Services – Contract No. 2025Pa04198600: Provision Of Integration And Professional Qualification Services Supporting Maintenance, Catering And Reception Services In Val Doise Colleges. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Integration And Professional Qualification Services Supported By Maintenance, Catering And Reception Services In Val Doise Colleges. To This End, The Val Doise Departmental Council Entrusts The Holder With The Provision Of Support, Professionalization And Preparation For Employment Services For People Far From Employment, Carried Out In A Productive Framework Integrating The Economic, Employment And Organizational Constraints Of A Traditional Company. The Integration And Professional Qualification Services Are Based On The Following Activities: - Maintenance Of Premises: Cleaning And Routine Maintenance Of Administrative Premises, Classrooms And Circulation Areas (Using The Pre-Impregnation Method); - Maintenance Of Mineral Surfaces And Green Spaces; - Catering: Service Activities Related To Meals, Cleaning And Disinfection Of Premises, And Collective Catering Equipment (Including Dishes); - Reception: Reception Activities In Colleges. In Support Of Their Application, Candidates Must Provide The Structural Agreement With The Dretts (Regional Directorate Of Economy, Employment, Labor And Solidarity). The Contract Is Launched According To An Adapted Procedure Opened In Application Of Articles R2123-1 3°, R. 2123-4 To -7, R. 2162-1 To -6, R.2162-13 To -14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of One (1) Year, From Its Notification, Renewable Twice, Tacitly, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Three Years, Renewals Included. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Minimum Annual Volume Of 12,000 Hours And A Maximum Annual Volume Of 15,000 Hours. Negotiations Will Be Initiated With All Candidates Who Have Submitted An Offer That Is Neither Inappropriate Nor Abnormally Low. Candidates Will Be Notified In Writing. Negotiations Will Be Conducted In Compliance With The Principles Of Equal Treatment Of Candidates And Confidentiality Of Offers. However, The Buyer May Award The Contract On The Basis Of The Initial Offers Without Negotiation.
