Tenders Are Invited For Kiosk Machine

1. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission & Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers/authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers etc. registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate and are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue, for supply of KIOSK MACHINE (01 NO.). 2. A set of e-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. 3. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are also available and can be download from EPADS on or before 20.01.2026 till 1430 hours. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 2,500/- in the shape of CDR/Pay order/DD while earnest money (in original), for the amount as mentioned in SOR (Appendix-B) in the form of a bank Draft/Pay Order or a Bond (Bid Bond) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening shall be accompanied with alongwith hard copy of Bid as mentioned in bidding documents. 4. E- bids must be submitted through EPADS at F-25121453684. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at Procurement Department, 1ST Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road Lahore on or before 20.01.2026 at 1430 Hours (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 Hours. The Original Bid Security and Tender Document Fees for Rs. 2500/-in shape o0f CDR/PO/BG must be submitted before Tender Closing Time/Date at the Address mentioned in Tender Documents falling which the offer may not be accepted. Copy of original bid also required.
