Purchase Of An Electric Car And Purchase And Installation Of A Charging Station For An Electric Car With A Charging Capacity Of At Least 22Kw. The Electric Vehicle Subject To Delivery Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. According To The Requirements Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases, Expressed In Co Traffic Conditions Under The Applicable Limit Values Of Emissions, Determined In The Appendix To Art. 3 Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles.
