Tenders are invited for External Evaluation Community Learning Centres (CLCs) Project Purpose of the Evaluation The purpose of the external evaluation is to: Verify the achievement of project objectives, outcomes, and outputs Assess capacity development, behaviour change, and community ownership Determine the sustainability and readiness of Community Learning Centres for transfer to local authorities Provide clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for future interventions 3.
