Tenders are invited for Supply of Winter Clothing for Children in Gaza City. Youth Vision Association announces the tender for winter clothing in Gaza City according to the specifications, bill of quantities, and the general and specific conditions of the project. Interested companies are invited to submit their bids while observing the following terms and conditions: · The company must be officially registered and have sufficient experience in the relevant field. · Prices must be in US dollars and include VAT. The company must provide a stamped tax invoice that matches the claimed amount. Invoices must be issued in the name of Youth Vision Association. · Prices must be valid for at least 30 days from the date of notification of award. · A sample of each item listed in the tender documents must be provided when submitting the tender. · A copy of the companys commercial registration, a copy of the tax invoice, and a summary of similar projects previously executed by the company must be attached when submitting the tender. Tender Schedule: · A preliminary session will be held on Thursday, 25/12/2025, at 12:00 PM at the associations main office: Al-Nasr, west of Al-Nahda Library, opposite the former Al-Ummah University, Gouda Building, 2nd Floor. · Tender envelopes will be opened at the associations office in the presence of interested company representatives at the same time as submission: Wednesday, 31/12/2025, at 12:00 PM. Tender Documents: · Tender documents can be obtained from the Youth Vision Association office, Al-Nasr, west of Al-Nahda Library, opposite the former Al-Ummah University, Gouda Building, 2nd Floor, starting Wednesday, 24/12/2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. · The cost of one tender document is 200 ILS, non-refundable.
