Tenders are Invited for Consultancy for the Design and Deployment of Openmrs, for the Gaza Dier Al Balah Primary Health Care Clinic (Phcc) Gazas PHCC currently relies on paper-based record-keeping, which is inefficient, insecure, and unsustainable. This manual system leads to medication errors, incomplete patient histories, limited information sharing across departments, and wasted staff time and resources. It also exposes sensitive patient data to risks during emergencies and hinders data-driven decision-making and donor reporting. To overcome these challenges and improve service quality, CARE Palestine seeks to design and deploy the OpenMRS, a global, open-source electronic medical record platform widely used in low-resource settings suited to Gazas operational context.
