General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Solar Tents Zamfara State Climate Change Adaptation and Agricultural Value Chain Project (ZACADEP) Date Added: December 24, 2025 Category: General Supplies & Services Procurement of Works The Procurement of Works such as Construction and drilling of 1500 boreholes, Establishment of 14Nos Rural Market, Establishment of 50HA Orchards and Community gardens, Construction of 15Nos Macro-water Shed for Rainwater Harvesting (Earth Dam) and Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Center and FSA Building, Construction/Establishment of Soil and Water Laboratory and Construction of 200KM Rural Feeder Roads, Construction of 60KM Drainages and 70NOS Culverts would be through National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Procurement/ Selection of Consultant The selection of the design and supervision consultancy firm will be conducted using the QCBS method through the shortlisting of local consultants. Two consultants services will be recruited based on the nature of civil works. One will be in charge for Design and Supervision Consultancy for Drip irrigation system for 2000ha, construction of Macro-water shed for Rainwater Harvesting and construction/drilling of 2000 boreholes and the second one for Design and supervision consultancy for rural feeder roads, drainages, culverts and soil/water laboratory. Engagement of Project Financial/ external 1 Audit firm would be through Least Cost Selection (LCS) method with a national market approach. All procurement under IsDB financed project components will be strictly carried out in accordance with IsDBs Procurement Policy and Procedures through provisions contained in the IsDBs (i) Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing including Procurement policy and procedures (April 2019 edition, revised in February 2023) and (ii) Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultants Services under IsDB Project Financing including Procurement policy and procedures (April 2019 edition, revised in February 2023) using the relevant IsDBs Standard Procurement Documents (including Contract Forms).
