Tenders are invited for Procurement of Planning, Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of New Computer Room Air Conditioning (Crac) System to Inland Revenue Department (Data Centre Jawatta) A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Commissioner General, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 from 26.12.2025 until 22.01.2026 from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs upon payment of non- re fundable fee of Five Thousand Rupees (Rs.5,000/-). The method of payment will be in cash only. Pre bid meeting in this regard will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 06.01.2026 at 04th Floor, Conference Room, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02. Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), Procurement & Assets Management Branch, 15th Floor, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 on or before 11:00 hrs on 23.01.2026 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 09.04.2026 All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Eighty Thousand (Rs. 180,000.00). A bid security only in the form of a Bank guarantee as per the approved form of bidding document, issued by a Commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of Commissioner General of Inland Revenue or else Bid Security amount can be deposited in cash to Sliroff at 13th Floor, Department of Inland Revenue, Colombo 02.
