The Dormitory Building Contains Four Dormitories And One Common Area. Options Include The Rehabilitation Of A Further Three Dormitory Buildings. The Contract Work Will Mainly Apply To The Subjects Of Plumbing, Carpentry And Electricity. Students Live In Three Of The Dormitory Buildings, So The Rehabilitation Must Be Carried Out Sequentially Per Building. An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One (1) General Contractor For The Implementation Of The Project. The Contract Is Executed And Regulated By Ns 8407:2011 General Contract Provisions For Turnkey Contracts, With The Additions And Changes That Follow From The Agreement Document With Attachments.
