Passenger Cars - Cars Through Operational Leasing, Through An Open Auction Within The Project Live(Ro)4 North-Est Regional Program For Prevention, Screening And Diagnosis Of Patients With Chronic Liver Diseases Code Smis 344478. Supply Through Operational Leasing, For A Period Of 34 (Thirty-Four) Months, Of Two Cars, According To The Specifications Presented In The Specifications. For The Purchase Of The Products, A Contract Will Be Concluded That Engages Both The Transmission Of The Use Of The Goods And The Provision Of Operational Leasing Services. The Transfer Of The Use Of The Goods Is Made For The Fixed Period Of 34 Months, In Exchange For The Payment Of A Monthly Installment. The Operational Leasing Services Consist In The Transmission By The Contractor To The Contracting Authority Of The Right Of Use Over The Described Goods And Include For The Period Of 34 Months Of Express Use (Without Additional Costs Related To The Leasing Rate From The Contracting Authority).
