The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Obtain The Best Price Of Electricity On The Competitive Market As Well As To Improve The Conditions Regarding The Method Of Payment For The Supply Of Electricity. In Order To Reduce The Expenses Related To Electricity Consumption, A Procurement Procedure Will Be Carried Out In Order To Conclude The Electricity Supply Contract For A Period Of 2 Years, With The Economic Operator Who Offered The Lowest Supply Price (Tariff), (Which Includes The Electricity Purchase Component And The Supply Component). Of Baia Mare Municipality. To The Own Supply Price (Tariff) Offered, (Which Includes The Electricity Purchase Component And The Supply Component), The Regulated Tariffs Are Added.
