In Implementation Of The Eu Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 On The Promotion Of Clean And Energy-Efficient Road Vehicles (Clean Vehicles Directive, Cvd Directive) And The Clean Vehicles Procurement Act (Saubfahrzeugbeschg) Of June 9, 2021, Local Public Transport Is To Be Made More Climate-Neutral. To This End, Stadtbus Ingolstadt Gmbh Will Gradually Expand Its Bus Fleet With (Partially) Electrified Buses By 2031. The Available Bus Depot On Hindenburgstrasse Is Not Equipped For The Planned Implementation. Stadtbus Ingolstadt Gmbh Is Planning To Upgrade The Existing Bus Depot In Order To Create The Necessary Capacities And Charging Infrastructure. The Services Include The Planning, Approval And Construction Of The Associated Civil Engineering Measures, Which Includes, Among Other Things, The Construction Of The Building For The Transfer Station (Gravel Area), For The Transformer Charging Technology Stations Including Elevations, The Trusses Between The Charging Infrastructure Building And The Roof Of The Parking Hall To Accommodate The Charging Cables Or The Adaptation Of The Bus Workshop In The Depot For The Use Of Electric Buses. This Includes, Among Other Things, The Procurement Of Special Equipment For Dealing With High-Voltage Technology. The Individual Procurement Requirements Can Be Found In The Tender Documents. For The Duration Of The Construction Project, The Depot Will Be Kept Largely Free Of Buses From Regular Service. However, Partial Operation Is Required To The Extent Described In The Specifications. The Project Is Already Based On A Feasibility Study And A Requirements Specification, Which Will Serve As The Basis For The Current Award Procedure. The Contractor Will Design The Charging Infrastructure In Such A Way That It Can Be Used To Set Up Additional Depots. The Service Is Awarded As A Total Contractor Service.
