Environmental Impact Assessment For Construction – Fast-Double-Black-Round Canal Planning. Sebes-Kettős-Fekete-Körös Canal - Design The Objective Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is To Acquire A Design Service Within The Framework Of The Project Named Cmplx-Water With The Identification Number Rohu00458, During Which A Gravity Water Transfer Route Will Be Explored. Connecting Canal Between Sebes-Kettős-Fekete-Körös Based On The Topography Of The 1,096 Km2 Area Between Sebes-Kettős-Fekete-Körös, It Is Possible To Divert Water From Sebes-Körös, Which Is More Balanced In Terms Of Water Resources Management, To The Bed Of The Fekete-Körös, While The Lowland Water Management Area Between Sebes-Kettős And Fekete-Körös Can Be Compensated By Regional Water Distribution Get Water. Based On This Concept, The Designer Has An Approx. A 44,000 M Long Drainage Route, Which Can Be Implemented As A High-Conductivity Canal In The Greater Part, Must Be Planned, Which, Based On The Existing Bihaugrai Bottom Dam, Can Carry A Water Flow Of Around 4-6 M3/S All The Way To The Town Of Sarkad, From Where It Can Be Ensured That This Flow Can Be Delivered To The Dammed Water Area Of The Fekete-Körös By Small-Scale Modification Of The Existing Inland Water Channels. This Yield Does Not Result In Additional Water Resources At The Level Of The Körösök Watershed, But It Results In The Regrouping Of The Existing Water Resources And A More Efficient Distribution Of Water By Transferring Part Of The Resources Of Sebes-Körös, Which Has A Larger Water Resource, To The Fekete-Kettős-Körös Watershed, Which Is More Affected By The Water Shortage. According To The Current Level Of Preparation, The Planned Sebes-Kettős-Fekete-Körös Connecting Canal Could Be Built With A Bottom Width Of ~4.0 And ~3.1 M, With A Ratio Of 1:1.5 And An Operational Water Depth Of ~2.0 M. Its Water Resources Would Be Supplemented By Two Reservoirs (Currently Only At The Concept Level), With A Total Capacity Of 12-15 Million M3, As Follows: • Biharugra Reservoir: 1.6 Million M3 118 Ha • Mezőgyán Reservoir: 13.0 Million M3 754 Ha These Technical Capacities Must Be Specified During The Progress Of The Design, During The Negotiations, Which Is The Task Of The Contractor Forms. The Planned Facilities Affect The Following Natura 2000 And Protected Natural Areas Of National Importance: Felső-Sebes-Körös - Huhn20004 Kis-Sárrét - Hukm10002 Dél-Bihari Szikesek - Hukm20019 Holt-Sebes-Körös - Hukm20018 Köles-Ér - Hukm20022 Sebes-Körös Water Extraction Works Connecting The Two Rivers Canal Would Start From The Feed Canal Of The Pumping Station Above The Biharugrai Bottom Dam And Would Cross The Left Bank Embankment Of Sebes-Körös In The Vicinity Of 55+165 Tkm, It Would Be Fed By A 2*Ná2200 Mm Pipe Lock, It Would Be Able To Provide A Water Flow Of Around 4-6 M3/S. As Part Of The Planning Service, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Following: 1. The Connecting Channel Between Sebes-Kettős-Fekete-Körös And The Sebes-Körös Water Extraction Works - Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Study According To 314/2025. (Xii.25.) According To Government Decree, As Well As Making An Impact Assessment For The Natura 2000 Area According To Government Decree 275/2004 (X.8.), Obtaining An Environmental Permit - Heritage Protection Documentation
