The Form Of The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement In Composite Form: It Includes A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Based On Unit Prices For Work Worth Less Than 80,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax, By Application Of The Prices Defined In The Unit Price Schedule Annexed To The Act Of Commitment. Only The Candidate Ranked First Following The Analysis Of The Offers Will Be Entrusted With Purchase Orders. For Work Worth An Amount Equal To Or Greater Than 80,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax, The Form Of The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Executed By The Subsequent Award Of A Contract. The Maximum Amount Of Orders By Application Of The Prices Defined In The Unit Price Schedule Is 200,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax For The City Of Angoulême And 60,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax For The Ccas For The Total Duration Of Execution Of The Contract.
