EOIs submitted off-line (outside CMS) will not be accepted. The commencement and implementation dates and other implementation arrangements for this assignment are to be considered as indicative only. The final dates and implementation arrangements will be agreed with the first-ranked firm at contract negotiations. Applicants are hereby informed that, in accordance with Article 27, Part 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan On Auditing Activities dated July 22, 2013, No. 993, an audit organization or an individual auditor is not allowed to audit the same entity for more than three consecutive financial reporting periods (in other words 3 years).
