Expression of Interest for Design, Supply, Transport, Assembly and Commissioning of Multi Gravity Separator (MGS) Pilot Plant to Trinity Metals Ltd. Location: Rulindo Trinity Metal Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to design, supply, fabricate, assemble and commission a Wolfram gravity pilot plant at Nyakabingo mine. The MGS pilot plant will be connected to the 5 tph pilot plant currently being constructed at Nyakabingo Mine. The MGS plant will process the fine materials that the 5 tph pilot plant cannot recover. Scope of Work: 1. Design Flowsheet generation of the pilot plant. Equipment sizing - MGS, Slurry pumps, Screens, Conveyors, Water pumps, cyclone, agitator, etc. Infrastructure design Staircases, handrails and major plant structures. Pipings Electrical design 2. Supply and Fabricate Mechanical equipment Feed conveyor Vibrating screens (Primary scalping screen and secondary screen) Slurry pumps Dewatering cyclone Agitator Settling cone Water pump Water tank (10m3 plastic) MGS Plate works (hoppers, chutes, underpans and deep cone settlers) Steel works Hot-dipped galvanized plant structures Access staircase with galvanized stair treads Access and maintenance platforms with hot-dip galvanized grating Painted handrail with knee braces Piping - suction and delivery piping within the module (pipes and fittings, pipe supports and valves) Electricity Freestanding form 1B IP65 Panel HMI Cables and racks Lighting Key instruments Earthing Software development and commissioning E-stop stations 3. Transport The scope includes the transport of the equipment and materials mentioned above under Section 2 (Supply and Fabricate) from source to destination (Nyakabingo Mine). 4. Assembly The scope includes the assembly of the equipment, structure and materials on site (Nyakabingo Mine) based on the agreed plant flowsheet. Operations and Maintenance The scope of work consists of the operations and maintenance of the proposed Pilot Plant and includes for management and supervision as well as the management of local labour as well as ordering of spares, reagents, and consumables as required. Obsideo will implement, and the Obsideo Plant Manager will oversee compliance with the processing plant SHE, operations, maintenance, stock management, procurement, IR and payroll systems and procedures. Obsideo will assist with the recruitment, testing, and will manage the local employed staff and will train and manage the performance of all employees. Obsideo head office will provide the employment support services to its staff including training, payroll, employee tax, and rotations. Eligibility and Competency Requirements Interested parties must: Have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in designing (process, mechanical, electrical and structural) a metallurgical plant preferably gravity processing plant. Possess a solid track record of working on similar projects and should be provided as part of submissions Where applicable, be registered with, or eligible to carry out similar services with, a recognized professional organization Possess multidisciplinary engineering expertise and project management capabilities.
