Landscape Architectural Services – Project Management Missions Within The Framework Of Green Space Development Operations. Given The Uncertain Number Of Missions To Be Carried Out, The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed In Subsequent Contracts, With A Maximum Of Three (3) Awardees Subject To An Appropriate Number Of Candidates And Offers, In Accordance With Article R2162-2§1 Of The Public Procurement Code, And This, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-7 To R2162-10. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 300,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Indicated Above Does Not Correspond To The Order Estimate Provided By The City. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 200,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax In Services Per Year. These Amounts Are In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change. Subsequent Contracts Taken On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Will Be Treated At Fixed Prices. They Must Comply With The Requirements Of This Framework Agreement And Will Be Awarded Under The Conditions Defined In Article 4 Of The C.C.P. Of The Framework Agreement, And In Accordance With Articles R2162-2 And R2162-10 1°. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Notify As Many Subsequent Contracts As Necessary Upon The Occurrence Of Its Need In Compliance With The Provisions Relating To The Duration And Financial Ceiling Of The Framework Agreement. The Execution Of Any Subsequent Contract For Which Notification Has Been Made Before The Expiry Of This Framework Agreement May Only Extend Beyond The End Date Of The Latter For A Reasonable Period.
