Tenders are invited for Instrument Specialist Service for the NGPRS Flare Gas System Instruments Healthiness and Installation-Related Activities 1-Instrumentation Service 1032505932 1 ITEM-00001 INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST SERVICE FOR THE NGPRS FLARE GAS SYSTEM INSTRUMENTS HEALTHINESS AND INSTALLATION-RELATED ACTIVITIES AT JEBEL ALI E-STATIONPHASE-1.MINIMUM SCOPE OF SERVICES IS AS FOLLOWS:1.#INSPECTION, CHECKING AND VERIFICATION OF THE HEALTHINESS OF THEINSTALLE D K-TYPE THERMOCOUPLES. IF ANY THERMOCOUPLE IS FOUND TO BE OUTOF RANGE OR NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, IT SHALL BE REPLACED BY THE M/S. JO HNZINK HAMWORTHY COMBUSTION TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE.2.#COMPLETE INSPECTION OF THE IGNITION SKID, HE CABLES, JUNCTION BOXES,AND PLC HEALTHINESS.3.#COMPLETE INSPECTION AND HEALTHINESS VERIFICATION OF THE THERMOCOUPLECABLES.4.#THE M/S. JOHN ZINK HAMWORTHY COMBUSTION TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVEWILL COME WITH THE REQUIRED TOOLS, TACKLES, AND ANY SPECIAL TOOLS.5.#SUBMISSION OF A FULL 1 JOB TECHNICAL REPORT AND ANY OBSERVATION REPORTSRELATED TO THE INSTRUMENT CHECKS MENTIONED ABOVE.6.#M/S. JOHN ZINK HAMWORTHY COMBUSTION TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIREDDURING THE STARTUP OF THE FLARE SYSTEM.7.#M/S. JOHN ZINK HAMWORTHY COMBUSTION TEAM MEMBERS VISITS WILL BE ON ADAILY RATE BASIS.DEWA SCOPE: (1) DEWA WILL PROVIDE NEW THERMOCOUPLES. (2) DEWA WILL ARRANGE CRANE OR MANLIFT STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
