Request for proposals for System Analyst for the Unified Management Information System (UMIS). The System Analyst/Firm will undertake, but not be limited to, the following tasks: A. Desk Review and Data Collection Review existing chambers needs and systems, databases and reports. Assess current membership needs, service delivery and financial workflows. Identify gaps, redundancies, and integration challenges. Promote integration with external databases from reliable sources, Data exchange mechanisms B. Stakeholder Consultations Conduct interviews, focus groups, and workshops with FPCCIA management, chambers staff, and relevant stakeholders. Conduct needs-mapping workshops and thematic focus group sessions with all regional chambers, including Gaza, to capture functional, operational, and digital system requirements. Collect feedback on functional needs, operational bottlenecks, and desired system capabilities. Engage with external authorities and relevant ministries including, but not limited to Ministry of National Economy in terms of Company and commercial registries, Certificate of Originetc, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Finance and more. C. Process Mapping and Requirements Definition Map business processes, roles, and data flows across chambers. Define user roles, permissions, and access controls.
