The Unit In Question Maintains Approx. 7,000 Apartments. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find Partners Who Can Meet The Quality Objectives Of The Procurement In A Cost-Effective Manner. The Tasks Included In The Scope Of The Planned Acquisition Are Aimed At The Repair And Alteration Works Of The Apartments, As Well As The Cleaning And Clearing Works Carried Out In Connection With Them, To The Extent Necessary. Individual Assignments May Also Include Other Tasks, Such As Minor Electrical And/Or Plumbing Work. The Suppliers Performing The Tasks Are Required To Have A Good Knowledge Of The Materials Used To Perform The Work (Suitability, Emission Classifications, Etc.) And Appropriate Work Methods (Suitability For The Target, Safety, Etc.), The Quality Requirements Related To The Work Result (Ryl, Etc.) And The Official Regulations Regarding The Performance Of The Work (Rakmk, Occupational Safety, Etc.). As A Framework Arrangement. The Dynamic Procurement System Is A Two-Phase Procedure. The First Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement System Starts With The Publication Of The Request For Participation (Tentatively In January 2026).
