Warranty Period Of All Varnish And Paint Coverings - Not Less Than 5 Years, Counted From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol, Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. Warranty Period Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating - Not Less Than 10 Years, Counted From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol, Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. For The Purposes Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act When Evaluating One Or Two Offers, As A Basis For Comparison With Regard To The Price Offered By The Participants In Bgn Without Vat, The Contracting Authority Determines The Announced Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Specified In The Announcement.
