Provision Of Comprehensive Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For It Equipment, Including Computers, Notebo-Oks, Printers And Peripherals In General, Including Formatting, Installation And Configuration Services Of Operating Systems And Software, Installation And Configuration Of Routers, Switches And Other Network Equipment, Maintenance, Support And Diagnosis Of The Internal Network. Printer Maintenance (Inkjet, Laser And Multifunctional), Including Cleaning, Adjustments, Head Unclogging And Settings. Assembly, Adjustment And Configuration Of Audio Equipment Used In Ordinary And Extraordinary Meetings And City Council Events. Publication Of Official Documents On The City Hall Website, As Well As Maintenance, Updating And Technical Support Of The Institutional Page. Attendance In Person At City Hall At Least 3 (Three) Times Per Week To Collect Equipment, Materials Or Documents Intended For Publication. In Addition To The Minimum Attendance Of 3 (Three) Times Per Week, Emergency Assistance May Also Be Requested, On Any Day Of The Week, For Corrective Maintenance.
