This Building Will Be Able To Isolate Any External Disturbance Thanks To A Central Silo Mounted On Springs. Variations In Temperature, Hydrometry, Noise, Vibration And Electromagnetic Fields Will Be Reduced As Much As Possible. This Project Requires The Conclusion Of Construction Works And Civil Liability Insurance For The Project Owner And Civil Liability For The Project Participants. Bidders Will Have To Assume The Following Tasks: · Submit A Site Offer Bringing Together The Risks Of Construction Work And Civil Liability Of The Client And Excess Civil Liability Insurance For All Participants In The Project; · Provide A Designated Person For Contractual Management And Claims Management; · The Bidder Must Submit Within The Allotted Time His Planned Insurance Offer In The Form Of An Exact Draft Policy Or A Draft Contract Ready For Signature With The Corresponding General Insurance Conditions (Cga), Additional Conditions And Special Conditions. In Particular, The Main Contractual Clauses Must Be Correctly Reformulated So That They Can Be Clearly Evaluated. Legally Valid Signatures Must Be Affixed To These Documents.
