The Design (Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Building Permit And The Technical Project Of Execution And Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works) And The Execution Of The Works For Increasing The Potential Of Sulina Port, Cap Mol - Maritime Basin. The General Objective Of The Project Increasing The Potential Of The Port Of Sulina, Cape Mol - Sea Basin Is Represented By The Achievement Of The Technical Parameters Of The Naval Infrastructure In The Port Of Sulina To Allow The Operation Of Maritime Vessels With A Capacity Of 32,000 Tdw. The Specific Objectives Of The Project Consist In The Realization By 31.12.2028 Of The Following Infrastructure Elements: Vertical Type Quay In Length Of 270 Ml Inside The Maritime Basin; Access Dredging In The Maritime Basin To Obtain A Navigation Depth Of 11M. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Respectively Of H.G. No. 1/2018, The Possible Changes That May Occur During The Duration Of The Contract, Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties; 2. Changing The Name And/Or Form Of The Company, Changes That Do Not Involve The Creation Of A New Legal Entity; 3. Changes Resulting From The Adaptation Of The Technical Project To The Reality In The Field, Including Changes In Specific Technical Solutions; 4. Changes Generated By Changes To The Land, The Above-Ground And Underground Hydrographic Network Unknown At The Time Of The Project Development; 5. Modifications Resulting From Changes In The Elevations, Positions And/Or Dimensions Of Some Works As A Result Of The Situation In The Field; 6. Changes Generated By The Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; 7. Changes Generated By The Change Of Key Personnel/Other Personnel, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract; 8. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract; 9. Changes Generated By Agreements, Conventions, Understandings Of The State/Local Authorities With Other States; 10. Legislative Changes Or Technical Rules/Status/Normatives/Standards, Which Will Be Made According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions; 11. Extension Of The Execution Period Based On The Contractual Mechanism Provided For In Clause 35 Of The General Conditions Without Prejudice To The Beneficiarys Right To Apply To The Contractor The Penalties And/Or Sanctions Provided For In The Contract; 12. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Powers Related To The Investment Objective (For Example: Ministries, Jaspers, Central And/Or Local Authorities/Institutions, Certified Verifiers, Control Bodies, Etc.).
