A Cnc-Controlled Single Underfloor Wheel Set Lathe Is To Be Procured As The Central Machine Technology For This Hall (New Procurement). This Announcement Relates To The Production, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Training, Trial Operation And Final Acceptance Of The Machine Including All Necessary Peripherals For The Kiel Plant. The Machine Is Mainly Used To Measure And Process Wheel Sets Of The Vehicles That Are To Be Maintained In Kiel Now And In The Future (Br 447, 445, 218, Dosto Cars) With A Standard Track Width Of 1,435 Mm. The Single Underfloor Wheel Set Lathe Must Be Suitable For The Following Tasks/Functions: ► Automatic Measurement Of The Wheel Sets In At Least The Usual Wheel Set Dimensions A1, A2, D, ∆D, E, H, Qr, G And H ► Measurement/Processing Of The Wheel Sets In The Installed State Or As An Individual Wheel Set With Bearings/Bearing Housings ► Automatic Reprofiling Of The Wheel Rims/Wheel Tread On Monoblock And Tired Wheel Discs With Profiles According To Din En 13715 Or Dbs Own Specifications In Various Diameters And Widths As Well As: O Processing Of Wheel And Shaft Brake Discs (Tarpaulins) O Removal Of Over-Rolling And Re-Grooving Of The Characteristic Groove ► Proof Of The Compliant Condition Of The Wheel Sets After Processing With Regard To The Parameters D1.2, ∆D1.2, E1.2, H1.2, Qr1.2, H1.2, G1,2, A1 And A2 With A Measuring System In Accordance With Din 27201-9 ► Automated Transmission Option Of Measurement And Identification Data Of The Wheelset To The Internal Erp System (Sap Isi) As Well As The Automated Storage Of Pdf/A Processing Protocols On The Db Systems ► Possibility Of Remote Maintenance Access Via “Secure Remote Maintenance” ► Output Of Defined Machine Information Via Opc-Ua Interface ► Registration/ Operator Deregistration Via Db Group Id Card And Assignment Of Appropriate Authorizations ► Preparation For The “Upgraded Turning” Of Vehicles With Electric Traction The Underfloor Wheelset Lathe Must Be Designed With An Automatic Chip Disposal Device With A Chip Crusher, A Smoke And Dust Extraction System, A Hydraulic System And Other Functionally Necessary Peripherals In Accordance With Ce Conformity Using The Latest State-Of-The-Art Technology. The Primary Measuring Circle Diameter Range To Be Processed Is Between 580 Mm And 1,250 Mm.
