The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Civil Liability Insurance Services Rca With Green Card, For A Period Of 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Bidders Ranked In The First 3 Places After Applying The Lowest Price Award Criterion, And The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Without Resuming The Competition. Minimum Estimated Quantity For The Framework Agreement - 343 Motor Insurance Policies, Maximum Estimated Quantity For The Framework Agreement 606 Motor Insurance Policies. The Minimum Amount That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract: 1 Insurance Policy. The Maximum Quantity That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract: 430 Insurance Policies. Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 704,700.00 Lei. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers - 20. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For Submitting Offers. Frequency And Value Of Subsequent Contracts To Be Concluded: Every 3 Months.
