This Is To Be Done As Part Of An Operator Model, Under Which Seg Plans And Builds A Passive Broadband Network And Then Leases It To A Private Network Operator. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Identify A Planning Office That Will Plan The Passive Broadband Network.
