Multimedia Equipment – ​​Specific Equipment And Licenses For Equipping The Laboratory Multimedia Systems And Applications - Security And Monitoring System. The Object Of The Contract Is Represented By The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Set Of Purchased Equipment And Software Licenses Necessary To Carry Out Teaching And Research Activities, Within The Laboratories Implemented In The Project. In This Sense, The Delivery Of The Contract Will Include At Least The Following Components, Products And Services: ● The Products And Services Described In The Specification ● The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Products At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority; ● Training The Beneficiarys Staff For The Use Of The Delivered Hardware And Software Products; ● Ensuring The Warranty For The Equipment, Products And Software Applications Delivered During The Contract. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractors Activity Will Be Guided By The Following Principles: I. The Contractor Acts In The Interest Of The Contracting Authority During The Supply Of The Products, Under The Conditions And With The Limits Described In The Documentation Related To This Award Procedure; Ii. The Contractor Acts In Order To Achieve The Objectives Presented For The Contract In Terms Of Optimizing The Use Of The Resources Necessary To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Contract.
