Computer Equipment And Supplies – Maintenance And Infrastructure Services Of The Data Processing Centers (Cpds) Of The Provincial Council Of A Coruña, Supply Of New Equipment And Operation Of Storage Services. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of A Maintenance Service For The Infrastructure Of The Cpds Of The Provincial Council Of A Coruña And The Operation Of Storage Services (San And Nas), Replication, Backup And Archiving, As Well As The Supply Of New Infrastructure To Expand Current Capacities. This Is A Mixed Contract, Regulated In Art. 18 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Hereinafter Lcsp); Which Participates In The Nature Of The Supply Contract And The Service Contract, The Main Benefit In Terms Of Its Amount Being That Of The Supply Contract.
