The Minimum Value Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 98,890.00 Lei Without Vat For The Registration Of 184 Buildings Within The City And 53 Buildings Outside The City. The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed With The First 5 Bidders Ranked In Descending Order Of The Score Obtained Following The Application Of The Award Criterion The Best Quality-Price Ratio With The Evaluation Factors Described In The Specifications. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded By Resuming The Competition Between The Economic Operators That Are Part Of The Framework Agreement, Ranking The Offers And Establishing The Ranking In Descending Order Of The Score Obtained Following The Application Of The Lowest Price Award Criterion.
