Services Related To The Preparation Of Training Manuals - Service Of Preparing Manuals, Training Trainers, Organizing Webinars And Substantive Assessment Of Compliance Of Training Implementation And Related Forms Of Support With The Scope Provided For In The Manual As Part Of The Project Coordinated Care In Primary Health Care. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing Textbooks, Training Trainers, Organizing Webinars And Substantive Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Implementation Of Training And Related Forms Of Support With The Scope Provided For In The Manual As Part Of The Project Coordinated Care In Primary Health Care (Project Number: Fers.04.15-Ip.07-0003/23). 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 3. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under This Order. The Option Will Be Activated Provided That The Value Of The Basic Order Together With The Option Is Within The Estimated Value Intended For Execution Of The Order By The Ordering Party. In Order To Exercise The Option Right, The Ordering Party Shall Submit To The Contractor A Written Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option Right, No Later Than One Month Before The End Of The Agreement. The Option Will Be Activated On The Terms Specified In The Agreement.
