For The Areas Marked With , The Development Of 2 Sketch Plan Versions (With Cost Estimates), And Based On These, The Preparation Of A Licensing And Construction Plan According To The Approved Technical Content. The Plans Must Be Prepared In The Following Territorial Division: Area 1: Makkosházi Krt., Csongrádi Sgt. - József A. Sgt. Section Between Affected Topographic Numbers: 15687, 15866/1, 15673/1, 15786/47, 15786/45, 15786/48, 15866/115, Ortutay U.: 15866/116, Tölgyes U.: 15562/1. 2Nd Area: Budapesti Körút, Attila József Sgt. – Úrházos U. Section Between Affected Topographic Numbers: 15461/27, 15459, 15455/11. 3Rd Area: Attila József Sgt. - Gyevi Street The Edge Of Its Edge Is A Junction. Affected Map Numbers: 15557, 15558, 15658, 15559, 11259, 11260, 11261. 1St Area: - Pavement Replacement Planning, Borehole Sampling And Bending Measurement Per Traffic Lane, Road Surface Replacement Planning - Elimination Of Public Transport Stop Platform, At The Site Of The Existing Pavement Multi-Level Planting Planning. - Reconstruction Of The Green Area Between The Road And The Pedestrian/Bicycle Paths/Bicycle Paths, Multi-Level Planting Planning. - Design Of Curb Replacement - Design Of Basalt Concrete Pavement At Public Transport Stops And Traffic Light Locations, Planning Of Replacement Of The Entire Track Structure On Public Transport Routes (Except The Basalt Concrete Parts). - Cancellation/Redesign Of The Pedestrian-Bicycle Crossing, Planning Of Multi-Level Plant Planting In Place Of The Existing Pavement. - Development Of A Bus Lane - Revision Of The Traffic Control Signal Light Program - Development Of Remote Monitoring, Prioritizing The Tram. Area 2: Construction Of A Bus Lane. Area 3: Design Of A Junction With Signal Lights, With Remote Monitoring. Ensuring Electric Preference. Redesign Of Public Lighting At Pedestrian Crossings In All Areas, Utility Conflict And Utility Development Aspects Of Planned Facilities Must Be Checked, Utilities To Be Replaced, Possible Utility Developments Must Be Planned (Public Lighting, Drainage/Rainwater Retention.) Creation Of A Visual Plan, Participation In A Public Forum Organized By The Contracting Authority, Organization Of A Professional Design Presentation, Regarding The Outline, Licensing, And Construction Plans. The Tenderer Indicates That During The Subsequent Construction(S) He Will Require The Design Supervision, For A Maximum Of 20 Engineering Days (For The Three Design Areas In Total). One Engineering Day Means 8 Engineering Hours. Design Supervision Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Legal Provisions And Professional Rules In Force At All Times. The Designers Duties Cover The Entire Investment Process, As Well As The Warranty Period And Design Supervision, With The Designer
