The Functions Of Hamks Riihimäki Campus Are Located In The Property, Which Is Undergoing Renovation And Expansion. The Total Scope Of The Project Is Approximately 6700 M2. Premises To Be Renovated 5700 M2 Including Shared Maintenance Facilities And Extension 1000 M2. The Key Information Related To The Execution Of The Projects Design Assignments, The Organization Of The Project And Design, And The Starting Points And Goals Of The Design, As Well As The Scope Of The Design Tasks And The Information Related To The Execution Of The Tasks, Are Stated In The Project Design Program As An Attachment Document To This Call For Tenders And In Other Attachments To The Call For Tenders. The Developer Requires That The Designer Takes Construction Occupational Safety Into Account In The Design. The Design Form Of The Project Is Shared Planning And The Preliminary Implementation Form Is Shared Contract. Planning Will Begin In February 2026, And The Facilities Are Planned To Be Ready For Use At The Beginning Of 2028.
