La Poste Wishes To Entrust An Expert Company With Carrying Out Customs Clearance Operations And Declarations To The General Directorate Of Customs And Indirect Duties (Dgddi) On Its Behalf On All Goods Coming From Countries Outside The European Union And Imported Into The Overseas Territories. The Scope Of Customs Clearance Operations Is As Follows: • All Objects, Parcels And Small Import Packages (Ppi) Destined For Mainland France And Coming From Third Countries (Non-Eu) Whose Value Is Strictly Greater Than €150 To Make A Complete H1 Declaration. •All Objects, Parcels And Ppi Destined For Mainland France And Coming From Third Countries (Non-Eu) Whose Value Is Less Than €150 And For Which An H7 Declaration Must Be Made Using Customs Clearance Automation Or Manually When Automation Has Not Been Possible. • All Parcels From France To Dom And Ppi Third Countries To Drom, To Make A Simplified Declaration Called H7+ For Values ​​Less Than Or Equal To 150€ And H1 For Values ​​Strictly Greater Than 150€. • Carrying Out Invalidations Of Declarations In The Event Of Return Of The Product (Parcel And Ppi). The Services Must Comply With The Post Offices Information System Security Policy (Pssi). The Processing Of La Poste Data, Including Hosting, Storage And/Or Consultation, Must Be Located Within The European Union (Eu), A Country In The European Economic Area (Eea), Or A Country Recognized As Adequate By The European Union. The Consultation File Which Will Be Sent To The Selected Service Providers Will Specify The Elements Linked To This Requirement. As An Indication, The Estimated Volumes Are Approximately 11,400,000 Customs Clearance Operations (Excluding Automatic H7) Over The Overall Duration Of The Framework Agreement. These Volumes Are Given For Information Purposes, Do Not Constitute A Commitment On The Part Of La Poste And Do Not Take Into Account Any Changes In Pricing Or Taxation That Could Be Implemented During The Market. It Should Be Noted That There Is A Notable Upward Variation In The Volumes To Be Processed, Particularly During Periods Of High Traffic Such As The End Of The Year Or Commercial Promotion Periods. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 9,950,000 Euro Excluding Vat Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Renewal Periods. This Lot Is Single Awardee.
