Purchase Bitumen Type D 50-70: 975 Tons Estimated Value Without Vat: Between 3,022,500 Lei Without Vat And 4,030,000 Lei Without Vat The Minimum Value Of The Range Represents The Estimated Value, Until 31.12.2025 Of The Present Procedure (According To Which The Offers Will Be Developed And Evaluated), And The Maximum Value Represents The Estimated Value That Also Contains The Value Of Possible Additional Up To The Amount Of 1300 Tons, For Which The Contract Can Be Extended By 4 Months, By Additional Act, In Accordance With Art. 165 Of H.G. 395/2016, Without Changing The Initial Contractual Conditions, Respectively Until 30.04.2026. The Financial Offer Submitted By The Bidder, Whose Price Exceeds The Estimated Value Of 3,022,500 Lei Without Vat, Will Be Declared Unacceptable. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
