The Financial Offer Submitted By The Bidder, Whose Price Exceeds The Estimated Value Of 3,022,500 Lei Without Vat, Will Be Declared Unacceptable. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
