In The Course Of This Public Procurement, 529 Public Lighting Fixtures Will Be Dismantled, With An Input Power Of 37,296 Kw, Annual Electricity Consumption: 148,811 Kwh. Of These, 528 Units Will Be Replaced, 1 Unit Will Be Permanently Dismantled, 168 Units Will Be Expanded, So A Total Of 696 New Units With Autonomous Power Control Will Be Installed. The Municipality Intends To Implement The Investment From The Following Two Sources: 1. From The Tender Submitted For The Hungarian Village Program (If The Submitted Tender Wins): Within The Framework Of This, 197 Public Lighting Fixtures That Are Currently In Operation Will Be Dismantled, With An Input Power Of 20.61 Kw, Annual Electricity Consumption: 82,233.9 Kwh. Of These, 197 Lamps Will Not Be Replaced Or Expanded, So A Total Of 197 New Lamps With Autonomous Power Regulation Will Be Installed As Part Of The Hungarian Village Program. (In Addition, 1 Non-Functioning Light Fixture Will Also Be Permanently Dismantled.) 2. In The Form Of Esco Financing: Replacement Of Light Fixtures And Light Fixture Extensions Beyond The Magyar Falu Program Are As Follows: 331 Public Lighting Fixtures Will Be Dismantled, The Absorbed Power Of Which Is: 16,089 Kw, Annual Electricity Consumption: 64,195.1 Kwh. Of These, 331 Units Will Be Replaced And 168 Units Will Be Expanded, So A Total Of 499 New Units With Autonomous Power Control Will Be Installed In The Form Of Esco Financing. The Aim Of The Municipality Of Hernád Municipality Is To Ensure That The Luminaires Can Provide The Minimum Luminous Flux Emissions Specified In The Technical Description With The Lowest Possible Output. For The Light Engineering And Savings Calculations, We Used The Philips Unistreet Gen2 Luminaire Family As Sample Luminaires. The Autonomous Power Regulated Annual Electricity Consumption Calculated With Minta Lamps Is 43,768.8Kwh, Which Results In 70.5% Electricity Savings. This Is A Joint Financing Scheme, The Length Of The Period Is Considered Standard Practice In The Market. The 120-Month Period Does Not Conflict With The Law.
