Engineering Design Services – Kitchen Planning - New Campus Cafeteria Rottenburg Am Neckar. The City Of Rottenburg Intends To Build A New Campus Cafeteria On The Hohenberg Site. There Are 3 Schools On The School Campus: The Hohenbergschule (Primary School), The Josef-Eberle-Schule (Werkrealschule And Secondary School) And The Paul-Klee-Gymnasium. These Schools Need A Shared Cafeteria For Their Full-Day Operations. The Property Intended For The Cafeteria Is Located Between The School Buildings Of The Elementary School And The School Group And The Parking Lot Of The Festival Hall, Which Is Adjacent To Jahnstrasse. The Program Area Is Approximately 920 M². The New Campus Cafeteria Will Become Part Of The Hohenberg School Campus And Should Fit Into The New Structure On The Site. Overall, The Following Number Of Students Is Expected At The Three School Locations In The Coming Years: - Primary School: 360 Students - High School: 860 Students - School In The Association: 350 Students The Resulting Meal Numbers Are Planned As Follows: Elementary School: 250 Meals / Day High School: 170 Meals / Day School In The Association: 80 Meals / Day A Competition Was Held For The New Building In 2023 Rpw Awarded The Contract For The Property Planning Services In The Building And Outdoor Areas Service Profile, Which Was Decided In April 2024. The Services Were Awarded To The Office Of Fritsch+Tschaidse Architekten Gmbh (Service Profile For Buildings) And To The Office Of Hinnenthal Schaar Landschaftsarchitekten Gmbh (Performance Profile For Outdoor Facilities). Due To Dwindling Financial Resources, The Project Was Initially Put On Hold. Now You Should Start The Project And Plan Until At Least Phase 3, And Draft Plans Should Be Developed. To This End, The Further Planning Services In This And Other Parallel Negotiation Procedures With A Preceding Participation Competition Should Now Be Put Out To Tender Across Europe.
