The Subject Of The Order Is The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Event Construction Modifications And Extension Of The Strakonice Swimming Stadium In The Level Of Documentation For Construction Implementation, To The Extent Of § 157 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The Building Act) And Its Implementing Decrees, And To The Extent Of Documentation For The Commissioning/Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With Act No. 134/2016 On Public Procurement Contracts, As Amended (Hereinafter Also Zzvz), Its Implementation Regulations, Processing Of Project Documentation For Changes To The Construction (Intention) Before Completion, Provision Of Engineering Procurement Services And The Performance Of The Authors Supervision Of The Designer, All At Least In Accordance With The Usual Standards.
