Requirements For Goods: Potatoes Are Fresh, Not Rotten. The Tubers Are Whole, Clean, Fresh, Healthy, Covered With Peel, Of Regular Shape And Color, Not Sprouted, Not Wilted, Without Damage By Agricultural Pests, Without Excessive External Moisture, Not Turning Green, Without Brown Spots Caused By Heat, Without Foreign Odors. Goods Must Comply With The Requirements Of National Standards, And In The Absence Of Them, Interstate Standards For Purchased Goods (Gost 7176-2017). Requirement For The Supplier; The Supplier Undertakes, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, To Supply The Goods, Unload And Deliver Them Through A Separate Entrance Designated By The Customer Specifically For The Specified Purposes. Guarantee The Quality And Reliability Of The Goods Supplied, And In The Event Of Delivery Of Low-Quality Goods Or Expired Goods, The Supplier Must Replace Them Within One Working Day. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Documents (Certificates) Confirming The Compliance Of The Supplied Goods With The Requirements Established By Technical Regulations, Provisions Of Standards Or Other Documents In Accordance With The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. All Goods Supplied By The Supplier Must Have Certificates Of Conformity, Sanitary And Epidemiological Reports And Other Documents Provided For By The Rules And Regulations Certifying Their Origin, Quality And Expiration Dates. Conditions Of Delivery And Transportation: The Supplier Must Transport Goods Using Vehicles That Have A Sanitary And Epidemiological Certificate In Compliance With The Requirements For Storage Conditions. The Forwarder Must Have Special Clothing And A Personal Medical Record With Permission To Work.
