Expression of Interest for Advancing Pathways for Women in Pacific Energy: Pilot Interventions, Implementation and Impact Under the Pacific Women in Energy Program (PWIP), the World Bank seeks a multidisciplinary firm to design, pilot, and assess practical interventions that increase womens employment, especially technical roles, in energy utilities and ministries across Pacific Island Countries. The assignment will deliver tailored support across five areas: schooltowork pathways; womens leadership and succession; gender safety audits and workplace improvements; company gender profiles and communications; and gender equality policies, procedures, and action plans. Key outputs include an inception report, quarterly progress updates, a PWIP midterm report updating the 2023 baseline survey, and a What Works companion report/toolkit for replication. The expected duration of the assignment is 18 months (Feb 2026Aug 2027), with a mix of virtual delivery and specified incountry days.
