Availability Of Access Roads And Parking Spaces Adapted For Specialized Vehicles For Transporting Athletes With Disabilities With The Ability For A Car To Drive Directly To The Entrance To The Building. The Entrance To The Building Must Be Equipped With Ramps And (Or) Must Not Have Obstacles For A Wheelchair To Overcome The Entrance.
