Telephone Services And Technologically Related Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Services) Are Provided In Accordance With The Rules For The Provision Of Telephone Services, Approved By The Order Of The Acting. Minister For Investment And Development Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated February 24, 2015 No. 171 “On Approval Of The Rules For The Provision Of Communication Services.” 2. Provision Of 14 Telephone Numbers Via Underground Wire Lines With Access To The Unified Telecommunications Network. 3. Providing 1 Telephone Number Special Remote Telephone Exchange (Direct Telephone). 4. Providing 1 Telephone Number With Constant Provision Of Long-Distance Telephone Services And Access To Subscribers Of Cellular Operators (Only Monthly Fee Without Tariffication). 5. Providing Free Connections To Emergency Medical (103), Law Enforcement (102), Fire (101), Emergency (104) And Rescue Services (112). 6. Providing Access To Paid Directory Services Of The Telephone Network. 7. Possibility Of Connecting Dvo Services (Automatic Number Identification, Forwarding, Disconnecting Long-Distance Communications, Etc.). 8. Providing Long-Distance Telephone Services And Access To Subscribers Of Cellular Operators. 9. The Service Provider Must Independently Carry Out The Entire Scope Of Preparatory And Installation Work. 10. All Changes In The System Configuration, As Well As Modification Of The Additional Services Provided (Transfer And/Or Connection Of Services, Additional Types Of Services, Etc.) Should Be Made Upon The Written Request Of The Customer, And The Cost Of Such Additional Services Must Be Approved By The Service Provider In Its Tariffs. Before Concluding The Contract, The Winner Must Provide Copies Of State Licenses For The Provision Of Local And Long-Distance Telephone Services.
