That, The Hydrographic And Oceanographic Service Of The Navy (“S.H.O.A.”), Requires Contracting The Professional Academic And Technical Advisory Service In Matters Of An International Nature Of Hydrography And Oceanography, Year 2026, Which Due To Its Legal Functions Corresponds To This Service In Its Capacity As An Official Body Of The State In These Matters, Both In Its Relationship With The National Community, And With The International Bodies That Participate And Regulate Them, For The Year 2026, Necessary To Execute Its Functions, Under The Conditions And Requirements That Will Be Established In The Technical Bases.
