Scope Of Works: 1) Full Surveying Services, 2) Preparatory Works, 3) Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs Along The Entire Length Of The Section Of The Renovated Surface Along With Grubbing Up Tree Trunks (The Wood Should Be Cut Into 1M Sections And Placed In A Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, Up To Approximately 1Km), 4) Dismantling - Milling The Surface, 5) Removal Of Rubble, 6) Construction Of An Overlay From Asphalt Concrete, 7) Cutting Of Roadsides, 8) Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate, 9) Construction Of Complete Exits, 10) Construction Of Drainage Min. Slope Slopes, 11) Complete Road Safety Marking, The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Estimated Bill Of Quantities, 2) Design Documentation, 3) Draft Contract, 4) Sst As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, 2) The Contractor Will Develop A Financial And Material Schedule For The Works, 3) The Contractor, As The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Above-Mentioned Works, Is Responsible For Its Storage And, If Necessary, Should Regulate The Status Formal And Legal In The Field Of Waste Management (Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 992, As Amended), 4) The Contractor Will, On His Own, Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Obtain Its Approval By The Competent Traffic Management Authority And, Based On It, Will Introduce A Temporary Traffic Organization, 5) The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A Design Of The Target Traffic Organization, Based On It Complete Bdd Marking And Will Report Its Introduction To The Relevant Traffic Management Authorities. 6) The Contractor Will Prepare An Inspection Report, 7) Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Location Of Geodetic Signs Within The Investment Area At The District Geodetic And Cartographic Center In Nysa And Protect Them Against Destruction, 8) The Contractor Will Additionally Provide, If Necessary, Archaeological And Sapper Supervision, 9) The Costs Of Disposal Of Soil And Rubble In The Waste Landfill Should Be Documented By Submitting It To The Supervision Inspector Or Representative The Ordering Party Copies Of Invoices Or Other Documents (Originals Available For Inspection). If The Disposal Of Soil And Debris From The Excavation Is Not Documented, The Contractor Will Receive Payment For The Removal Of Soil And Debris Up To 1.0 Km Away, Free Of Disposal Costs.10) The Contractor Will Use All Possible Financial Measures So As Not To Create Any Difficulties For The User Of The Technical Infrastructure, Facilities Or Access To Public Roads During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account Temporary Difficulties Resulting From The Technology Of Construction Works. 11) Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party, I.E.
