The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services For The Task: Expansion Of The Intersection Along The Provincial Road No. 401 On The Section Of The Ring Road In The Town Of Grodków - Intersection No. 1 Dw401/Dw378/Ul. Warszawska In Accordance With The Terms Of Swz. Code And Name Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary: 71520000-9 - Construction Supervision Services, 71247000-1 - Supervision Of Construction Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Over Construction Works, Verification Of Design Documentation And Control Of Financial Settlements Of Tasks In The Following Industries: Road, Bridge, Sanitary (Rainwater Drainage), Electricity (Lv And Mv Power Grid, Street Lighting), Telecommunications (Construction Of A Technological Channel) And Performance Of Control Laboratory Tests, In Accordance With The Attached List Of Tests. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Appoint Investors Supervision Team, Which Will Include Industry Inspectors Provided By The Contractor, In Particular: A) Road Industry Inspector, B) Bridge Industry Inspector, C) Technologist Specialist, D) Laboratory Services, E) Electricity Industry Inspector (Lv And Mv Power Grid, Street Lighting), F) Telecommunication Industry Inspector (Construction Of A Technological Duct), G) Sanitary Industry Inspector (Sewerage) Rainwater),H) Geodetic Specialist,I) Geotechnical Specialist,J) Settlement Specialist. The Coordinator Of The Contractual Obligations Will Be The Resident Engineer. Moreover, The Contractor Undertakes, If The Composition Of The Investors Supervision Team Is Insufficient For The Comprehensive Implementation Of Services, To Provide And Appoint Other Necessary Specialists For The Proper Implementation Of This Order, As Part Of The Remuneration Offered In The Offer.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To The Swz.
