1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path In Łętownia. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 104702R In The Towns Of Łętownia And Wólka Łętowska. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Priority Fepk.04 Mobility And Connectivity Of The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027.1) The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: - Construction Of A One-Sided Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Bituminous Surface, 2.5 M Wide And 1.28 Km Long, - Construction Of A Technological Channel, - Reconstruction Of Culverts Under Exits, Construction Of Rainwater Drainage And Reinforcement Of Ditches With Openwork Slabs, - Construction Of Bike&Ride Parking Spaces, - Installation Of A Hybrid Lighting Set (Solar-Wind - Res), - Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Presented In The Attached Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.2. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Extent.3. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Site Preparation, Measurement Works, 2) Securing The Construction Site, 3) Demolition Works, 4) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Necessary To Complete The Task, 5) Tidying Up The Construction Site.4. Other Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor The Scope Of Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor Also Includes: 1) Surveying Services, 2) Preparation And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, 3) Securing, At Its Own Expense And Effort, The Utilities Necessary To Perform The Construction Works, 4) Costs Related To The Acceptance Of Completed Works, 5) Waste Disposal, 6) Reporting To The Ordering Party For Acceptance Of Disappearing Works, 7) Securing The Roads Leading To The Construction Site Against Damage Caused By The Contractors Means Of Transport Or Its Subcontractors. In The Event Of Damage To The Roads, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair Them, 8) Protect The Entrances To The Properties Against Destruction, And In The Event Of Destruction, Restore Them To Their Original Condition, 9) Mark The Works In Progress, 10) Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate, 11) Prepare As-Built Surveying Documentation. The Above-Mentioned Studies Should Be Added To The Costs Of The Task. 5.
