To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appropriately For This Part Of The Order.3. The Equipment Delivered Under This Order Is To Be Brand New - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Draft Contract, I.E. Annex No. 3A To Swz.4. All Requirements Specified In Annex 4.1. To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory - Respectively For A Given Part. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
