The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Municipal Market In Dębno At Ul. Salezjańska, Together With The Construction Of The Accompanying Infrastructure And The Necessary Equipment Enabling The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Along With Obtaining The Use Permit By The Contractor On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works And Obligations: 1) Construction Works Including, Based On Design Documentation, Construction Works Consisting In The Comprehensive Construction Of The City Market Together With The Development And Necessary Equipment To Launch The Market. 2) Supervision Of Works, Including: A) Construction Manager, B) Manager Of Sanitary Works, C) Manager Of Electrical Works, D) Manager Of Road Works, E) Archaeological Supervision. 3) Conducting Emergency Archaeological Research, Including Rescue, During Earthworks Under The Terms Specified In Specific Provisions Regarding The Protection Of Monuments (If Necessary, Because The Area Of The Investment In Question Is Covered By The Zone Of Limited Conservation Protection Of Archaeological Sites Wiii, Which Involves Conducting Emergency Archaeological Research In The Event Of Undertaking Earthworks.), 4) Investors Representation In The Scope Of: A) Cooperation In The Scope Of Investment And Other Plans Related To Earthworks With The Appropriate Authority For The Protection Of Monuments, And Managers Of Individual Networks To Which The Individual Utilities Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Included And In The Vicinity Of Which The Works Will Be Carried Out, B) Notifications Of The Completion Of Works, Respectively, Of All State Services Required By Law And The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Myślibórz, And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, A Decision To Use The Facility Covered By The Building Permit Decision No. 515/2021, Or Obtaining A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection. 5) Service And Inspections Of All Installed Devices And Installations.
